Q: What is a session?
A: A session is the amount of time you have for your portrait session.
Q: Is there a booking fee?
A: Yes, a non-refundable booking fee of 20% of your session's total is due to secure your spot. The remaining balance is to be paid immediately after your session. In the event of the client canceling, you will have to pay a new booking fee for a new date. ALL booking fees are nonrefundable to confiscate for a potential client that could have been on your date. New date equals a new booking fee.
Q: Do I have to pay another booking fee if I want to reschedule? Since I already paid 20%, can that go towards my rescheduled session?
A: For every session you book, you MUST pay a new booking fee.
Q: Can I have a few of my images unedited to reduce the price & turn around process?
A: Unfortunately, our brand dives deeper than the image itself. RAW/unedited files are unedited and therefore are not an accurate representation of the Top Secret Images' brand. It is our mission to deliver only the best of the best.
Q: Turn-around time of portraits?
A: 5 - 10 Business Days
Q: Paying methods?
A: You have the option of paying with a card or cash which will be due at the end of your session. Checks will NOT be accepted.
Q: When do I pay for my session?
A: Your payment is due at the end of your session.
Q: How do I receive my images?
A: Your digitals will be uploaded to a private online gallery which a link will be sent to your email.
Q: Studio Shoots?
A: Yes, we do offer studio sets. For special request on certain spaces / studios you've seen on our site, there may be an additional charge. Contact info@TopSecretImages for details.
Q: How many poses do I get with my session?
A: Here at Top Secret Images, we do not believe you will be content with just a couple of poses. You are able to do as many poses until your session is over.
Q: Are prints available?
A: No, all photos will be uploaded onto a private online gallery; if requested, we will provide you with a photo release form. A link will be emailed to you 5 - 10 days after your session.
Q: Can I order additional pictures after my session?
A: Yes, email for details or visit our "investment" page.
Q: My personal Makeup Artist Cancelled, I have to reschedule.
A: We understand unfortunate events happen, however, if you decide to cancel due to any circumstances, you will have I pay a new booking fee for a new date unless we are notified 5 days prior to your session.
